One ERG – the Faith, Ethnicity, Race and Multiculturalism (FERM) ERG – provides a place for the full spectrum of Argo’s diverse employees to embrace their heritage and background.

Members of FERM championed an initiative to give employees a floating holiday for cultural or religious traditions, which Argo leadership then implemented.
